Who is GO-Vinnie

GO-Vinnie (Vincent Defeo) the man who has a special talent, call it a knack (if you will) at the least, a get up and GO type of special charisma that characterizes his personality as a gentle, lovable person who when the lights light up on the dance floor he goes into a trance that personifies his demeanor at what he does and that is to enjoy his work, but also to make the audience and the dancers enjoy watching Vinnie do what he does best, and that my friends is making people have fun, dance and love being part of Club Dennis. GO-Vinnie trully loves what he does and it shows as people partake right along side his dancing while watching him and dancing along with him! GO-Vinnie is terrific at a Sliden' and a Gliden', Groovin' and a Movin'. Twistin' and Turnin' - Tongue hanging out, finger's, teeth a glowin and saying "the Roof-the Roof-the Roof is on ____ "Shake what your Mama gave you." As I spin the music Go-Vinnie doesen't stop utill the last song is done. A little winded yes, A little tired, yes, But, a smile that not just his mom loves, but a smile that everyone loves because he just didnt just do a job. He did what he loves, dancing, with the audience and enjoying the fact that on that dance floor for 45 minutes, that dance floor was full of people escaping the hustle of everyday life having a great time......Now I have to tell you a little about the personal side of GO-Vinnie, My observation and please allow me to introduce to you a person that while growing up he learned some very good lessons on life. Give credit were credit is due! His Mom and sisters taught Vinnie right and wrong as most of us were taught while growing up. But there was something extra about Vinnie's guidence that taught him to stand up for what he believe's in, to be strong and to face the dangers and reality of life, to be a good person to his family, friends and to strangers. To help those who may need help and to be, and excuse the cliche "the very Best Person you can Be"...It's a simple fact. to know GO-Vinnie is to Love GO-Vinnie....and those of you that know him know what I'm talking about...............Vinnie is a Captain in the Law Enforcement field and is in his 20th year protecting the preservation and landscape of the Beautiful Botanical Gardens in the Bronx along with supervising his staff on duty and the Safety & Security of the thousands of visitors that pass through the gates....Vinnie was born in Harlem, raised in the Bronx NY and now resides in Westchester County. Vinnie always had a flair and love for music. As I mentioned prior Vinnie posses's a skill and a talent for dancing as his reputation follows him as one of the most exciting Dance Floor M/C's in the business!....A student of music, Vinnie's knowledge of all types of music has brought acclaim to himself, to Club Dennis and to the many people who have witnessed his talents, energy, love and desire to have everyone enjoy a Night @ Club Dennis.
